The Russian Federation Armed Forces contingent consisted of 33 personnel. The Lao People's Army contingent included 120 personnel, and the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces contingent comprised 120 personnel.

In a solemn atmosphere, the military personnel respectfully laid wreaths and entered the Mausoleum to pay homage to President Ho Chi Minh, the beloved leader of the Vietnamese people.
