According to Ms. Ta Thi Yen, Deputy Head of the Delegate Affairs Committee and Deputy Chief of the Standing Office of the National Election Council, and a member of the Personnel Subcommittee of the National Election Council, voters in provinces and cities nationwide were very enthusiastic and eager to attend the opening ceremony and cast their votes from early morning.

This reflects their responsibility in choosing qualified and talented individuals for the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels.
As of 9 a.m. today (March 15), rapid reports from localities to the National Election Council indicate an increasing voter turnout.
Notably, in mountainous, remote, and difficult areas, ethnic minority voters gathered to vote early, showcasing that the election day is truly a national festival. Many polling stations achieved high turnout rates from the start of the morning.
At several polling stations, elderly voters, such as 102-year-old Le Thi Nhat at polling station number 12, Trung Hanh commune, Hai Phong City, personally cast their votes.

Along with elderly voters, many young voters, holding their voter cards for the first time, were eager to vote and fulfill their sacred duty to the nation. Initially, the election has seen active participation from many elderly voters, youth, workers, and ethnic minorities across various localities nationwide.
By 9:00 a.m., voter turnout was as follows: Ha Tinh province reached 41.23%; Vinh Long 28.75%; Ca Mau 26.13%; Tay Ninh 22.41%. Hai Phong City in the Bach Long Vi special zone achieved 100%; Đa Nang City in Phu Thuan commune reached 55.1%; Bac Ninh province in An Lac commune reached 70.91%; An Giang province in the Tho Chau special zone achieved 100%; Hue City in Long Quang commune reached 77.38%...
The high voter turnout in these localities demonstrates that the election is truly a national festival of unity, reflecting the continuity of political life across generations.
