WVR - On the morning of April 23, Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar bin Ibrahim sent a video message to the ASEAN Future Forum 2024 held in Hanoi.
Prime Minister Anwar bin Ibrahim said that in recent years, geopolitical tensions have created geo-economic disruption and fragmentation around the world. Therefore, ASEAN needs to set a clear direction for its future. ASEAN needs to boldly change its approach to deal with challenges. "We need to boldly adjust regional priorities and plans to ensure a resilient, dynamic ASEAN that always fulfills its core responsibilities", the Prime Minister said.
