On the occasion of the 132nd birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (19/5/1890-19/5/2022), on the morning of May 19, the delegation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs laid wreaths, visited the Mausoleum to pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh and offered incense and memorials at the Monument to Heroes and Martyrs.
