Joining the delegation were Standing Deputy Foreign Minister Nguyen Minh Vu, Deputy Foreign Ministers Do Hung Viet, Nguyen Minh Hang, Pham Thanh Binh, Assistant Ministers and heads of Departments within the Ministry.
