The project to construct the Memorial House for President Ho Chi Minh and invest in additional facilities at E2 Hill Relic was approved by the People's Committee of Dien Bien Province in 2025 and commenced in June 2025. The total investment is 35 billion VND, supported by Ho Chi Minh City.

The Memorial House is designed in traditional Vietnamese architecture, harmonizing with the natural landscape and historical space of the relic site. It covers an area of 160 square meters, combining reinforced concrete and traditional wooden structures, ensuring sustainability, solemnity, and sanctity.

The Memorial House features a "nhat" shaped floor plan, two-tiered roof architecture, with five compartments and six rows of interior columns, and two rows of porch columns. The incense burner at the front is made of natural stone, exuding majesty.

Inside the Memorial House, a bronze statue of President Ho Chi Minh, 1.33 meters tall and weighing over 500 kg, depicts him sitting calmly, gazing at the nation.

Accompanying the Memorial House are synchronized auxiliary facilities such as the Left Pavilion and Right Pavilion placed on either side in a traditional layout; a stone gate; internal roads and courtyards; retaining walls; railings; and green landscapes associated with the image and life of President Ho Chi Minh.

Notably, the exhibition system has been refurbished, upgraded, with additional content, artifacts, exhibition space, and pathways for the disabled, enhancing service quality for the public and visitors.

Upon completion and opening, the Memorial House for President Ho Chi Minh at E2 Hill Relic becomes a significant cultural-spiritual space for Dien Bien Province.

The project holds profound historical and cultural significance and serves as a "red address" in educating the tradition of patriotism and revolutionary ideals for current and future generations. It also demonstrates the determination of the Party and people of Dien Bien Province to steadfastly follow the path chosen by President Ho Chi Minh and our Party.
