Mexican Gastronomic Week in Ho Chi Minh City is an opportunity to savor authentic Mexican food.

The magic of Mexico comes to Ho Chi Minh City in a culinary celebration like no other. From September 15 to 22, lovers of Mexican food and those curious about gastronomy are invited to immerse themselves in a unique gastronomic experience during the First Gastronomic Week of Mexico.

This unprecedented event takes place in the context of the commemorations of the 213th anniversary of the Independence of Mexico and promises to transport diners through a sensory journey through the cultural richness of Mexico's gastronomy, declared an Intangible World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

The First Gastronomic Week of Mexico in Ho Chi Minh City will have the participation of a select list of Mexican restaurants that represent the authenticity and diversity of Mexican cuisine. Participating establishments include District Federal, Agave Saigon, Xolo Tequila Bar, Tacos Fuego, Gringo Tacos y Cantina, and Tippy's Mexican Food.

The Ambassador of Mexico in Vietnam Alejandro Negrín, points out that "The First Mexican Gastronomic Week in Ho Chi Minh City is an honor and a great satisfaction. Gastronomy is a universal language that transcends borders and cultures. This first Mexican gastronomic week in Vietnam is an initiative of our Embassy with the aim of bringing our countries even closer through the passion for food. Mexican cuisine is a UNESCO World Heritage Site because it is an explosion of flavors and traditions that I am sure the Vietnamese public will love."

Mexico has given wonderful products such as avocado, tomato, corn, and chili to the world. For this reason, Mexico offers a unique culinary experience. The Ambassador invites everyone "to try the different dishes that the Mexican restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City will have prepared for you during that week.
