Frasers Property is a multinational company that develops, owns, and manages a diverse, integrated portfolio of properties. Listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited and headquartered in Singapore, the Group has total assets of approximately 40.7 SGD billion as of 31 March 2022.

The Group’s assets range from residential, retail, commercial & business parks to industrial & logistics, and hospitality businesses in over 70 cities and 20 countries.

In Viet Nam, its signature developments include Binh Duong Industrial Park -- a modern, dynamic & sustainable industrial park strategically placed in Binh Duong Province; Melinh Point -- a Grade A boutique office building in HCMC’s commercial District 1; Worc@Q2 -- a stylish and modern office building within Q2 Thao Dien -- a luxury mixed-use development in Thu Duc City. Its Fraser Hospitality business also maintains a local presence with Fraser Suites Hanoi, Fraser Residence Hanoi, and Capri by Fraser in Ho Chi Minh City.

Sustainability for a more resilient and future-ready business

Frasers Property’s sustainability framework highlights where we can make the most significant impact. From Acting Progressively, Consuming Responsibly to Focusing on People. Frasers Property Vietnam committed to making substantial progress towards its five sustainability goals: to be a net-zero carbon corporation by 2050, to be climate-resilient and establish adaptation and mitigation plans by 2024, to green-certify 80 percent of owned and asset-managed properties by 2024, to finance the majority of sustainable asset portfolios with green and sustainable financing by 2024, and to train all employees on sustainability by 2021.

All properties and assets under development by The Group are running follow the sustainability framework and goals to create values in which they operate. A key proof point, Binh Duong Industrial Park is on track to be a green industrial park that achieves LEED Gold certification. In its effort, 15 percent site area of the park is covered by indigenous trees. Low-power-density LED lighting is installed for premise zones, while internal roads are lit up by solar lighting. Furthermore, a new premium estates concept for next-generation industrial and logistics properties has launched in Australia is a milestone for a new era of international industrial benchmark, where delivering high-quality industrial and logistics facilities with best-in-class sustainability and technology at their core to improve workdays, support wellbeing and enhance local communities in surrounding estates. This premium estate concept has commenced rollout in New South Wales at The YARDS, in Victoria at 4 Ten Epping and Rubix Connect, and in Queensland at Vantage Yatala.

For commercial development, including Melinh Point, a Grade A office building in Ho Chi Minh City’s central business district (CBD), the first existing non-residential building in Viet Nam to achieve the prestigious Green Mark Platinum Certification awarded by Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority for its efforts in new green features adoption to delivering its tenants a fresh and healthy working environment. Worc@Q2, another new-prestigious office building of ours, is now getting ready to certify as a green building with a key focus on energy-efficient solutions.
