Da Lat City will be expanded and develop premium travel, including six satellite cities with the current city as the administrative centre.

Da Lat and its surroundings are to become a chain of cities linked by beltways and radial lines, connecting ecotourism areas, forest landscapes, and agricultural landscapes, developing sustainably and preserving and promoting its peculiarities in nature, culture, and history.
Local authorities have been instructed to maintain and improve the architectural space of Da Lat and vicinity, especially the scenery of forests, rivers, stream, lakes, and the architectural heritage.
The adjustment will cover Da Lat city and Lac Duong, Don Duong, and Duc Trong districts and part of Lam Ha district, as these areas still have a number of land funds and green spaces.
