Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh extended congratulations to Singaporean Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.
National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue extended congratulations to Speaker of the Parliament Seah Kian Peng.
On the occasion, Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son also sent a letter of congratulations to Singaporean Minister for Foreign Affairs Vivian Balakrishnan.
