At the invitation of General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee Nguyen Phu Trong and Spouse, and President Vo Van Thuong and Spouse, General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and President of China Xi Jinping and Spouse will pay a State visit to Vietnam from December 12 to 3, according to the announcement of the CPV Central Committee's Commission for External Relations on December 7, 2023.
