Vina Glove is considered as one of the few companies in Viet Nam that specializes in manufacturing medical gloves, experiencing a long history of professionalism in this field.

The product is designed with a thin, tough material that fits each person's hand for easy and convenient manipulation, waterproof, so it can prevent bacteria, viruses or harmful substances from getting into the hands.

In the process of designing and manufacturing gloves, the cutting and grafting stage is critically attended by Vina Glove factory because each person's hand has a different shape and size, so the material must be selected comparatively to the appropriate size and thickness for the mesh to fit in, to optimize comfort as well as ensure a snug fit for the user.

Stable and durable production line

Dang Nam Group's glove factory has an extremely modern production process with a large capacity for its Vina Glove brand. On average, Vina Glove factory can provide over 1,000 cartboard boxes of gloves per day to domestic and foreign markets.

During the production process, Vina Glove also applies an automatic glove counting machine and stripping machine to facilitate removing the gloves from the mold and counting and stacking so that the packaging process is performed easily.

Before Dang Nam Group focused on producing gloves at Vina Glove factory, the group had thoroughly tested it in the laboratory and carefully calculated the outputs to ensure that the production process was most stable and durable.

High quality standards achieved

Vina Glove Medical gloves are known as a brand of artificial rubber gloves that have many properties similar to latex but are absolutely safe and do not contain any powder or protein.

The product is characterized by waterproof, oil resistance, antibacterial properties and absolute safety, so it is widely applied in many industries that require absolute hygiene such as dentistry, testing, health care and some other industries such as industrial sectors, food processing or electronic equipment repair.

It is attributed to the strict and meticulous production process that Vina Glove has become a factory that received sufficient certificates issued by the Ministry of Health, ISO EN 9001 standards; ISO 13485; CE; FDA for export at the same time the product was inspected by the General Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality of Viet Nam.

The Vina Glove’s products are also qualified for export to fastidious markets such as the US, UK, France, Germany, and Japan.

Whole-heartedly enthusiastic employees

Although Vina Glove has just been in operation since the end of 2020, it has a workforce size of nearly 200,000 employees and hundreds of large and small partners at home and abroad. The factory also sets a target within the next 3 years to train and drill more personnel to meet the consumer demand for medical gloves.
