On the afternoon of November 6, regarding international community support for Vietnam in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, Spokesperson Hang stated that recently — and even at present — many provinces in the northern and central regions of Vietnam have suffered severe damage caused by natural disasters and floods. These disasters have seriously threatened lives and disrupted normal living conditions in many localities across the country.
To express solidarity and empathy for the losses of life and property caused by natural disasters, many countries and international organizations have sent condolences and provided financial support, rescue equipment, and essential supplies to the people of Vietnam.
The Spokesperson noted that this support has been directly delivered to the localities most affected by the consecutive storms. These are invaluable resources and timely assistance from the international community to help the people of Vietnam's provinces quickly overcome their losses and stabilize their lives.
"The Government and people of Vietnam deeply appreciate this valuable support and heartfelt assistance. Through this, we can see the solidarity in joining hands with the Government and people of Vietnam to overcome difficulties and restore normal life," emphasized Spokesperson Pham Thu Hang.
