Accordingly, the reception of the Head of the Government of the guest nation on a working visit should be carried out as an official visit but without an official welcome ceremony, street decorations, honour guard formations at the airport, and escorting motorcycles.
Regarding the reception of the Head of the Congress of the guest nation on a working visit, it will be done as an official visit but without an official welcome ceremony and escorting motorcycles.
For the Deputy Head of State, Deputy Head of State who is also the Head of the Governing Party, Deputy Head of the Government, or Deputy Head of the Congress of the guest nation on a working visit, the reception should be carried out as an official visit but without an official welcome ceremony.
Participants for lunches and dinners of working visits will be members who participate in welcoming, seeing off, and working with the guest from Vietnamese side; and official members, servants, and a number of diplomats of foreign diplomatic missions from the guest side.
At those lunches and dinners of working visits, the host shall give a toast speech and the Head of the Guest Delegation shall respond to that speech.
