Late Prime Minister Phan Văn Khai was an outstanding leader of the Party, the State, and the people of Vietnam - a steadfast communist who dedicated his life to the nation’s independence, freedom, and the well-being of its people. As head of the Government, he made significant contributions to the country’s legal reforms and integration, particularly in the economic sector.

In memory of the late leaders, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh called for preserving and building upon the revolutionary achievements of previous generations, continuing to develop a prosperous, civilised, and thriving country where the people enjoy increasing well-being and happiness.

He extended his Tet greetings to the family of the late Prime Minister, wishing them good health, peace, and prosperity.
