* In discussions with Singaporean Prime Minister Lawrence Wong, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung highly appreciated the development of bilateral economic cooperation in recent times and expressed the desire for both sides to accelerate the implementation of clean energy connectivity projects, contributing to ensuring energy security for each country amidst the current regional and global challenges.
Delighted to meet the Prime Minister following their phone call on April 16, Singaporean Prime Minister Lawrence Wong once again congratulated Prime Minister Le Minh Hung on his new position, expressing high regard for the policies, development directions, and strong reforms being undertaken by the Vietnamese Government. He confidently stated that Vietnam's economy will continue to grow robustly in the future and pledged that Singapore will continue to accompany and support the Vietnamese Government in implementing reforms to meet the demands of development and international integration in the new era.
On this basis, the two Prime Ministers agreed to maintain high-level exchanges and contacts at all levels and through various channels; focusing on effectively implementing the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Action Program between Vietnam and Singapore for the 2025-2030 period.
Both sides also agreed to continue close coordination and consultation in regional and international multilateral forums, strengthening ASEAN's solidarity and central role.

* Meeting with Thai Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung congratulated Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul on being re-elected by the Thai Parliament for a new term and affirmed his active cooperation with Prime Minister Anutin to continue advancing the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the two countries in a substantive, effective, and robust manner in the coming time.
Warmly congratulating Prime Minister Le Minh Hung on his new position, Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul affirmed that the Thai Government values and wishes to enhance cooperation with the Vietnamese Government to further develop bilateral cooperation.
During the meeting, the two leaders agreed to strengthen political trust through increased high-level exchanges and contacts, preparing well for upcoming high-level visits between the two countries. Both sides need to continue coordinating to effectively utilize cooperation and dialogue mechanisms between the two countries.
Both sides also agreed on the need to boost investment in each country, facilitating further market access for goods in a balanced and sustainable manner. Prime Minister Le Minh Hung suggested that Thailand consider removing technical barriers to facilitate Vietnamese goods accessing the Thai market.
Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul also encouraged Vietnamese businesses to increase investment and business activities in Thailand.

* At the meeting with Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung affirmed that the Vietnamese Government values the traditional friendship between Vietnam and Indonesia, emphasizing that the establishment of a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in March 2025 during General Secretary To Lam's visit to Indonesia marks an important milestone in the excellent friendship between the two countries.
Congratulating Prime Minister Le Minh Hung on his new position, President Prabowo Subianto expressed a desire to closely cooperate with the Prime Minister and the Vietnamese Government to further strengthen bilateral relations, meeting the interests of the peoples of both countries.
Pleased with the positive developments in cooperation in key bilateral areas in recent times, the two leaders affirmed their commitment to further enhancing political trust through maintaining regular high-level exchanges and contacts, and further improving the effectiveness of cooperation in economics, trade, investment, agriculture, and potential areas such as the digital economy, green transition, and energy.
Both sides agreed to support the opening of markets for goods from both countries, aiming to soon achieve a bilateral trade target of 18 billion USD or higher in a balanced manner, while continuing to promote cooperation in energy, oil and gas exploration, and exploitation to ensure energy security.
The two leaders also exchanged views on several regional and international issues of mutual concern; emphasizing the importance of working with ASEAN countries to promote multilateralism, cooperation, solidarity, and ASEAN's central role, and advancing ASEAN's common stance on international and regional issues of mutual concern.
