President offers sympathy to Malaysian King over flooding loss
President Nguyen Xuan Phuc on December 23 sent a message of sympathy to Malaysia’s King Abdullah Billah Shah over heavy losses caused by torrential rains and wide-scale flooding in many states of Malaysia.

President Nguyen Xuan Phuc on December 23 sent a message of sympathy to Malaysia’s King Abdullah Billah Shah over heavy losses caused by torrential rains and wide-scale flooding in many states of Malaysia.
The same day, Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son also extended sympathy to his Malaysian counterpart Saifuddin Abdullah.
