On behalf of the Cambodian People’s Party Central Committee, I express my joy and congratulations to Comrade To Lam on your election as General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam at the meeting of the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam on August 3, 2024.
Comrade To Lam's election as General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam demonstrates the trust of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the entire Vietnamese people in his capabilities and sound leadership.
I firmly believe that under Comrade To Lam's leadership, the Communist Party of Vietnam will continue to achieve its goals, ensure political stability and socio-economic development, and maintain peace, stability and prosperity of Vietnam and the region as well.
