Online Race: 'Journey from 50 years to 80 years – Vietnam's diplomacy through historical milestones'
WVR - To celebrate the important historical events of the country and the diplomatic sector in 2025, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Trade Union, in collaboration with the vRace platform and FPT Online, organized the Online Race "Vietnam's Diplomacy through historical milestones".

The online running race takes place from April 30 to August 28, right at the peak of the country's and the diplomatic sector's major anniversaries in 2025, which are the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), the 135th birthday of beloved President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025), the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) and the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the Diplomatic sector (August 28, 1845 - August 28, 2025).
The race motivates and encourages diplomatic officials, overseas Vietnamese and those who love foreign affairs to participate in physical training, spiritual nourishment, and a healthy lifestyle to continue contributing to the diplomatic sector and serving the Fatherland.
Participants can freely run or walk at any location, at any time, actively record their achievements using mobile devices such as smartphones, smart watches, etc. The more kilometers they accumulate, the better during the program.
To participate in the tournament, athletes need to download the vRace app on their phones. The organizers recommend that participants proactively choose a reasonable outdoor running route, comply with the Road Traffic Law and prioritize their own safety and that of the community.
Regarding technical regulations, the organizers only recognize achievements if the participants meet the allowed running speed of 04 minutes/1km to 18 minutes/1km. The valid distance for participants to run in 1 day is from 1-45km. Note that the organizers only record the runners' achievements directly on 3 applications: vRace; Strava application linked to vRace application and Garmin smart wearable device linked to vRace application.
