The National Assembly President emphasised that Vietnam is actively improving its legal system, ensuring effective administrative reform, innovating development models, and enhancing the competitiveness of the economy, aiming for rapid and sustainable national development goals. Through its legislative and supervisory activities, the Vietnamese National Assembly will create a favourable and transparent investment and business environment, improve policy implementation efficiency, and strengthen the confidence of both domestic and foreign businesses, laying the foundation for long-term cooperation with Poland.

Both sides need to enhance economic cooperation based on supply chain and investment linkages, focusing on promoting investment in areas where Poland has strengths and aligns with Vietnam's development needs. Additionally, Vietnam is ready to become a strategic gateway, helping Polish businesses access the ASEAN market more conveniently and effectively.

The two countries should focus on breakthrough areas such as high technology, renewable energy, biotechnology, and digital transformation. Furthermore, strengthening cooperation in developing transportation infrastructure, logistics, and marine economy will create an important material foundation, promoting connectivity between the two nations and between Vietnam and the ASEAN region.

National Assembly President Tran Thanh Man thanked the Polish Parliament for ratifying the Vietnam-EU Investment Protection Agreement (EVIPA) and suggested that Poland coordinate to urge the remaining EU countries to ratify it soon so that the Agreement can take effect. He encouraged Polish businesses to invest in pharmaceuticals, green energy, infrastructure, and logistics in Vietnam.

To ensure parliamentary cooperation aligns with the development needs of both countries, the National Assembly President proposed increasing delegation exchanges between the leaders of the two legislative bodies, specialized committees, friendship parliamentary groups, female parliamentarians, and young parliamentarians, sharing experiences in building a rule-of-law state. He also suggested that both sides closely coordinate at the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) and the Asia-Europe Parliamentary Partnership (ASEP), and invited the Polish Parliament leaders to visit Vietnam at a convenient time.
