On 21^st December, Mexico Morena ruling party’s official press Regeneracion published an interview with Ambassador of Viet Nam to Mexico H.E. Mr. Nguyen Hoai Duong on the important role of the Communist Party of Viet Nam in leading the country to great victories in the past and also the present, the Party’s foreign policy and the preparations made for the 13^th National Party Congress.

Those are topics interested by the left-wing and radical political parties in Mexico and Latin America as a whole.

The main theme of the 13^th National Party Congres “Strengthening the constructing and rectifying the Party into a transparent and robust political system; arousing inspirations for national development, promoting the will, the strength of national unity combined with the power of the era; continuing to step up the Doi Moi process comprehensively; building and defending the Fatherland, maintaining the peaceful and stable environment; striving to turning Viet Nam into a socialism-oriented and developed country by the mid-twentieth first century”.

Four draft documents of the 13^th National Party Congress are published fully to collect people's opinion from October 20 to November 10, including: (1) Draft political report at the 13^th National Party Congress; (2) Draft report evaluating the implementation of the 2011-2020 socio-economic development strategy and the building of the 2021-2030 socio-economic development strategy; (3) Draft report reviewing the realisation of socio-economic tasks during the 2016-2020 period and orientations and tasks for 2021-2025.; (4) Draft report of summarizing the work of building Party and implementating of the Charter of the 12^th National Party Congress.

The draft documents of the XIII Congress were published on the mass media to get the feedbacks from the delegates of National Assembly and the Fatherland Front, the socio-political organizations, Party bases, party members and people from October 20 to November 10. After that, the subcommittees of the the 13^th National Party Congress collected all the opinions, combined with the opinions from the Party Congress at all levels and submit to the Politburo and the Central Committee for completing and submiting to the 13^th National Party Congress.

The publishment of all draft reports is one of the new points during the preparation of draft documents for the 13^th National Party Congress compared with the previous ones. The process of consultation is conducted seriously, promptly, methodically with high quality.

In addition, the Document Editorial Team also received minutes collecting comments from focal points such as the Central Mass Mobilization Department, the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Communication and Education, the Party Central Office, the National Assembly Party Committee...

Besides, there are many insightful comments at the seminars/workshops held by many research institutes, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Central Council of Theory, Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, the Scientific Councils of the Central Party's organs... Overseas Vietnamese also sent a lot of comments.

Many party member, and people also sent opinions directly to the Genral Secretary, President, Prime Minister, members of the Politburo and members of the Editorial Team.

The enthusiastic comments focused on building and rectifying the Party. They would like to see the fight against corruption, degradation and self-development be further pushed up.
