State President Nguyen Xuan Phuc sent a congratulatory letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the occasion of Russia Day, on June 12.
On this occasion, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh extended greetings to PM Mikhail Mishustin, while National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue cabled congratulatory messages to Chairwoman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia Valentina Matviyenko, and Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly Viacheslav Volodin.
Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son also congratulated Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on this occasion.
