Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh also extended greetings to Dutch Prime MInister Mark Rutte, and National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue offered congratulations to President of the Dutch Senate Jan Anthonie Bruijn and Speaker of the Dutch House of Representatives Vera Bergkamp.
Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Sơn sent greetings to his Dutch counterpart Wopke Hoekstra.
