Party General Secretary To Lam and his entourage observed a moment of silence, offering flowers and incense to pay tribute to the fallen soldiers. They pledged their unwavering loyalty to the CPV’s goals and ideals, vowing to forever follow the path chosen by the CPV, President Ho Chi Minh, and the people. Together, they committed to building the country and entering a new era - the era of the nation's rise.

Built in 1990, the cemetery has recently been upgraded and expanded to over 10 ha, serving as the final resting place for martyrs who sacrificed their lives to defend the country’s northern border.
