From February 26 to March 3, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang will lead the Delegation of Vietnam attending the High-level Segment of the 52nd session of the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneve, Switzerland, and pay an official visit to the Kingdom of Spain.
