At the invitation of the United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha shall lead the Delegation of Vietnam to attend the United Nations Conference on the Midterm Comprehensive Review of the Implementation of the Objectives of the International Decade for Action, “Water for Sustainable Development”, 2018–2028 in New York, United States from 21st to 24th March 2023.
