At the invitation of the Government of Japan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Tran Hong Ha will attend the Asia Zero Emissions Community (AZEC) Ministerial Meeting in Tokyo, Japan from 3 to 4 March 2023.
