At the invitation of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of the Kingdom of Cambodia Sar Sokha, Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son will lead the delegation of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to Cambodia to co-chair the 13th Vietnam-Cambodia Border Provinces Cooperation and Development Conference in Phnom Penh from November 27-29, 2025.
