Bamboo paper exhibition is open in Da Nang until July 23

Exhibition on bamboo paper developed from a traditional craft which artists have used as inspiration in their work is open in Da Nang.

The first exhibition of this kind was organised in 2017 with the participation of the founder of the style Bang and other members of the Vietnam bamboo paper project. Two other exhibitions on Truc Chi are expected to be held in Hanoi in October and Ho Chi Minh City by the end of this year.

The exhibition introduces to the public 52 works. They were divided into 2 separate spaces. One of the space is the exhibition “Art of Truc Chi” displays the works of 13 bamboo painters.

Another is applied art space includes works that apply architectural graphic techniques to create installation works, with presentation techniques to create interaction with the audience.
