Argentine Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship Santiago to visit Vietnam

At the invitation of Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son, Argentina's Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship Santiago Andres Cafiero will pay an official visit to Vietnam from 9th -11th of July, 2022.

Vietnam and Argentina established diplomatic ties on October 25, 1973. Next year, the two nations will celebrate the 50^th founding anniversary of diplomatic relations.

Both sides upgraded bilateral ties to comprehensive partnership in 2010.

In 2021, the bilateral trade value hit over US$4.5 billion, up 14.1 percent against the previous year.

Argentina is currently the third largest trade partner of Vietnam in Latin America.
