Ambassador Nguyen Thanh Le begins his tenure in Kazakhstan
WVR - On 22 June, Ambassador Nguyen Thanh Le presented a copy of his Letter of Credence to H.E. Mr. Alibek Kuantyrov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This important diplomatic milestone marks the official beginning of Ambassador Nguyen Thanh Le’s tenure in Astana, continuing the mission of nurturing the traditional friendship and promoting multifaceted cooperation between Viet Nam and Kazakhstan.
The event took place at a time when relations between the two countries are entering a new stage of development following the elevation of bilateral ties to a Strategic Partnership. Built on more than three decades of friendship, trust and mutual respect, Viet Nam and Kazakhstan now have ample opportunities to expand cooperation in politics and diplomacy, trade and investment, culture, education, tourism, and people-to-people exchanges.
At the meeting, Ambassador Nguyen Thanh Le affirmed that Viet Nam attaches great importance to its relations with Kazakhstan, considering Kazakhstan a trusted friend and an important partner of Viet Nam in Central Asia.

The Ambassador expressed his wish to continue receiving close coordination and support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, relevant agencies and local authorities of Kazakhstan in order to further deepen bilateral relations in a practical and effective manner.
