Vietnam boasts seven one-star Michelin restaurants
Vietnam has added three more Michelin-starred restaurants, bringing the total to seven. In addition to restaurants like Gia, Hibana by Koki, Tam Vi, and Anan Saigon, Akuna, La Maison 1888, and The Royal Pavilion have also been elevated from the Michelin Selected list to earn one Michelin star.
This year, Michelin provided Vietnam with prestigious Michelin stars, the Michelin Green Star for sustainable gastronomy, the popular Bib Gourmand awards, and special awards such as the Young Chef Award, Sommelier Award, and Service Award.
Among the newly added restaurants to the Michelin Guide, Hanoi boasts 10 establishments (five Bib Gourmand and five Michelin Selected). Ho Chi Minh City adds 26 (including two one-star Michelin restaurants, eight Bib Gourmand, and 16 Michelin Selected). Da Nang contributes 36 sites (one one-star Michelin restaurant, 16 Bib Gourmand, and 19 Michelin Selected).
