Ambassador Huynh Anh Dung, born on June 2, 1955, hometown: Hau Loc Commune, Tam Binh District, Vinh Long Province; residence: Room 707, 71 Nguyen Chi Thanh Apartment, Giang Vo Ward, Hanoi City.
Ambassador Huynh Anh Dung was a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam, former Director General of the Department of Emulation, Commendation, and Diplomatic Tradition, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, former Ambassador of Vietnam to the Kingdom of Belgium, former Ambassador of Vietnam to the Lao People's Democratic Republic. He was awarded the First-Class Labor Order, and a 50-year Party membership badge.
Ambassador Huynh Anh Dung passed away at 7:50 AM on November 2, 2025 (the 13th day of the 9th lunar month), at the age of 71.
– The funeral will be held from 7:00 to 8:15 AM on November 9 at the Funeral Hall, 5 Tran Thanh Tong, Hanoi City.
– Cremation and burial will take place on the same day at Thien Duc Memorial Park, Phu Ninh, Phu Tho Province.
