Logo competition 65 years anniversary of diplomatic relations between Indonesia and Vietnam

TGVN. In 2020, Indonesia and Vietnam will celebrate the 65th anniversary of the diplomatic relations (30/12/1955 – 30/12/2020). In conjunction with this important momentum, the Embassy of Indonesia in Vietnam and the Embassy of Vietnam in Indonesia will officially launch together a logo competition.

Indonesia and Vietnam will celebrate the 65th anniversary of the diplomatic relations (30/12/1955 – 30/12/2020).

The deadline to receive submissions starts from 00.00 on July 1, 2020 and ends on 24.00 on July 31, 2020. Right after the deadline for receiving submissions, the Organizing Committee will judge and announce the winning logos before August 5, 2020.

Time for Award Ceremony: will soon be published on the Facebook pages of the Embassy of Vietnam in Indonesia and the Embassy of Indonesia in Vietnam, and other media.

Format of Award Ceremony: Ambassador of Vietnam in Indonesia and Ambassador of Indonesia in Vietnam will attend the Award Ceremony held in Jakarta and Hanoi.

Prizes include: one first prize worth 500USD and four consolation prizes worth 100USD each. The prizes will be delivered to the winners through appropriate delivery.

The logos should demonstrate the 65 years of the diplomatic relations between the two countries as well as reflect Indonesia and Vietnam’s strategic partnership and cooperation. Logos should express creative, sophisticated, solemn and modern design styles with clear, harmonious colors and shapes, which are highly aesthetic, typical of Vietnam and Indonesia.

The final winning logo will be used by the Embassy of Vietnam in Indonesia and Indonesian Missions in Vietnam (the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Hanoi and the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia in Ho Chi Minh City) as the official brand identity for the celebration of 65 years of diplomatic relations between Indonesia and Vietnam and in all official events in 2020.

All Vietnamese and Indonesian citizens of all ages can participate. Each individual can send up to 3 logo designs in the file format .jpeg, weighs at least 3 MB and maximum 5 MB. Please state your full name and contact information in your submission and send to [email protected] (for participants in Indonesia) and [email protected] (for participants in Vietnam). For more information, please contact us via two email addresses dedicated to the competition. The title for email submission should be: “VN-RI&RI-VN Logo Competition”.

Participants must take responsibility for the copyright of his/her work when entering our logo competition. Participants’ work should be original and unpublished. The winners will transfer the ownership of the copyright of the winning logo and the unrestricted right to use the logo to the Indonesian Missions in Vietnam and the Embassy of Vietnam in Indonesia after he/she will be given the prize for winning the logo competition.
