Congratulations to Bulgaria on formation of new government

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has sent a message of congratulations to his Bulgarian counterpart Kiril Petkov on the formation of a new government in the European country.

On the occasion, Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son congratulated Foreign Minister Teodora Genchovska.

Viet Nam and Bulgaria set up diplomatic ties on February 8, 1950.
