Vietnam rises 14 spots in Human Development Index rankings

In 2023, Vietnam achieved a Human Development Index (HDI) score of 0.766, earning a position in the High Human Development category. This placed the country 93rd out of 193 nations and territories - an impressive jump of 14 ranks compared to its 2022 standing.
