WVR - Vietnam established diplomatic relations with 16 countries in September. This year, Vietnam celebrates the 60th anniversary of diplomatic ties with Laos, the 50th anniversary with Equatorial Guinea and Zambia, the 30th anniversary with Azerbaijan.
