WVR - Vietnam established diplomatic relations with 21 countries in July. This year, Vietnam celebrates the 30th anniversary of diplomatic ties with Marshall Islands, Armenia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and the 30th anniversary with Timor-Leste.
